Itemare OÜ (registry code 17309345), Jõe tn 5, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, 10151, Estonia, acts as our technical processor. By accessing or purchasing from this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

“Products” – digital video games, activation keys, downloadable software, and related digital assets.
“User/You” – any individual or entity accessing or purchasing Products via the Website.
“Order” – the User’s request to acquire Products according to these Terms.
“Account” – User profile created on the Website to purchase Products.
“PSP” – licensed Payment Service Provider under Directive (EU) 2015/2366 (PSD2).

We aim to ensure that the Website is available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Access may be restricted or suspended due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

Products are delivered electronically after successful payment. Delivery is considered complete once the download link or license key is provided. The User is responsible for safeguarding access credentials and activation data.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products for permitted purposes. You may not redistribute, sublicense, resell, or claim authorship of the Products. Circumventing DRM or activation mechanisms is prohibited.

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel within 14 days unless you request immediate access to the digital content. By initiating download or activation, you expressly waive your withdrawal right under Directive 2011/83/EU. Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact support@gameglyph.shop for resolution. We cooperate with PSPs and banks under PSD2 for verification of unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
